Matthew joined the Horton Team in January 2024 as Lead Coordinator and Technology Specialist, where he plays a key role in building and maintaining the systems and operations that support the team’s success. With over two years of hands-on experience in real estate technology, CRM automation, marketing systems, and transaction workflows, he oversees the team’s technology stack and internal processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Matthew has also earned his real estate license, giving him a strong understanding of contracts, transactions, and the full real estate process. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying disciplined through fitness, and continuing to grow professionally.
