I humbly concede that I have been pleasantly surprised at the relative ease of this house-selling experience, due in no small part to Sarah Key’s oversight of the process. From her introduction email on Mar 10 to the latest email (update on Closing scheduled for Apr 14), Sarah has kept us informed, answered questions, and processed loads of paperwork, promptly, effectively, and professionally. Certainly, Sarah revealed a thorough knowledge of all phases of the process, but I am equally impressed by her dedication to exemplary performance and customer service (even for this quite modest house sale). I trust that the closing will go well – and Sarah is the Key to the straightforward and entirely headache-free sale of this home. (I apologize for the corny pun on Sarah's name!)
